We work with a global fulfillment network so we can offer good prices on carefully chosen home products. Here's what to expect honestly, upfront:

• Processing time: 1–2 business days to confirm and dispatch your order.
• Delivery time: typically 7–14 business days for items shipped from our EU warehouse, and up to 2–3 weeks for items shipped internationally. Exact estimated delivery is shown on each product page and at checkout.
• Tracking: you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping cost: Calculated in the Checkout before your payment.
• Customs/import duties: for orders shipped within the EU, no extra customs charges apply.

We'd rather tell you delivery takes two weeks than promise two days and disappoint you - most of our customers tell us the wait is worth it.
